Penghargaan Mnet Asian Music Award 2013 (MAMA) Telah berlangsung di Hong Kong. Ajang  bergengsi tersebut dibanjiri artis K-Pop, seperti EXO, G-Dragon, Infinite, 2NE1, T.O.P, Ailee, SISTAR, Lee Sung Gi, dan Rain. Selain itu Go Ara, Song Jihyo, Jung Woo, Kim Jong Kook juga hadir untuk membacakan nominasi.

Di acara tersebut, G-Dragon lah yang banyak mendapatkan Penghargaan, diantaranya Best Male Artist, Best Music Video, Best Male Solo Dance Performance dan Artist Of The Year. Selain G-Dragon Banyak artis K-pop lainnya yang mendapatkan penghargaan.
